Childcare & Waivers
All Collegiate Week participants must complete the appropriate release and waiver form before arrival. Adults age 18 and older should complete the Adult Waiver. A parent or legal guardian must complete the Child Waiver for every participant under 18. Please bring the completed form with you and turn it in during registration.
